Peru Journey with Rodrigo (the "Company") respects the privacy concerns of the users of its website, journeywithrodrigo.com and the services provided therein (the "Site"). However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of the Company's internet servers. Information About Your Children

When you apply for one of our hubs, we ask for your children's first names and ages, and for information you choose to share about their interests, their needs and anything we should know in order to look after them well.

This information is provided by you, the parent or legal guardian, and not by the child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. We use this information only to assess the application, to prepare and run the program, and to care for your child during the hub. We do not publish it and we do not share it with third parties outside the service providers listed below. You may ask us to correct or delete it at any time.

During hub activities we may take photographs and videos. We will ask for your written permission before publishing any photograph or video in which your child is recognisable, for example on our website or on social media. You are free to refuse, and this does not affect your child's participation in any way.

Payments

The Company does not store any credit card information it may receive in regard to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to such transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorized by a user.

The Company may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with the Company's rights or property, other users of the Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

- our website and CRM platform, which stores applications and contacts and sends our emails; its servers are located in the United States

- our email provider, used to correspond with you

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep applications for up to three years, so that we can recognise your family if you come back to us for a later hub. If you subscribe to our mailing list, we keep your e-mail address until you unsubscribe. You may ask us to delete your information earlier at any time.

Wherever you live, and in particular if you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to withdraw your consent to our mailings at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
